Description

The Evolución Series began with the Evolución No. 1, a smooth and approachable cigar that can be enjoyed by everyone, from beginners to seasoned aficionados. However, those seeking to engage with a unique and truly rich cigar that rewards attention are destined to discover the Evolucion No. 2. She has a unique and refined taste, originating from some of the best tobacco strains in the world. But being unique isnt enough. let us know if it also makes the others look bad!

The Corojo Wrapper's Elegance

The Corojo Wrapper's Elegance

The wrapper is a cigar’s first impression, defining its appearance and contributing significantly to its flavor profile. The Corojo wrapper, known for its rich heritage, is a standout choice due to its natural oiliness and distinct reddish-brown hue. Originally cultivated in Cuba, the Corojo variety has since been perfected in regions like Honduras, where ideal growing conditions ensure its superior quality. For the Evolución series, the Corojo wrapper is not just a visual highlight but an essential part of the cigar’s flavor. Its natural oils contribute a balanced spiciness with hints of earth and cedar, elevating the overall complexity of the blend. Despite its bold characteristics, the wrapper harmonizes beautifully with the filler and binder, enhancing the cigar's nuanced profile. Each Corojo wrapper leaf is carefully grown and cured to preserve its integrity and consistency. The result is a smooth, durable wrapper that delivers both aesthetic appeal and exceptional flavor to every cigar.

Precision in Picadura Sieving

Precision in Picadura Sieving

The filler, or Tripa, forms the core of a cigar and is composed of a carefully selected blend of multiple tobacco strains. For the Evolución series, the complexity of our blend exceeds what can typically fit within standard cigar sizes (vitolas). To make this possible, we use a unique process similar to blending, where the tobacco is cut into smaller pieces and sieved to ensure a minimum picadura size of approximately 6.5 cm² (1 square inch). Our Tabacleros meticulously prepare this picadura, which differs from the traditional picadura that often consists of leftover tobacco. Instead, this is an intentionally crafted mix designed to be the soul of the Evolución series. This deliberate approach ensures a consistent and refined smoking experience, delivering the intended complexity and depth of flavor.
